We want every payment to be right. This policy explains when you can cancel or get a refund for a payment made on pay.enfinito.com.
Failed or duplicate payments

- Charged twice: if you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment in full. We check for duplicates automatically, and you can also contact us.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the product's website. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a subscription if you have not used the service.
- Renewal payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, unless the service was unavailable for reasons within our control.
One-time services
- Before work begins: you can cancel and receive a full refund.
- After work has started: we refund any amount for work not yet carried out, less costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Delivered and approved work cannot be refunded. If something is not as agreed, tell us and we will put it right first.
Returns
We provide services and digital products, so there are no physical goods to return.
How to request a refund

How refunds are paid
