pay.enfinito.com takes payments for Enfinito's digital products and services. Nothing is shipped: this policy explains how you get access to what you paid for.

Subscriptions and software

• Access is activated automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes.
• If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a confirmed payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will activate it.
• Login and account details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout, or shown in the product itself.

Services

• Timelines and deliverables for services are set out in your quote or order. Work is scheduled once payment is confirmed.
• Files and other deliverables are shared digitally, by email, download link or shared folder.

Physical goods

We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website.

Delays

If activation or delivery is going to be late, we will tell you as early as possible.
